Alpine swimming pool

The Aosta Valley enjoys a great cultural heritage of which the numerous castles are part. They were built in strategic locations so that they could communicate with each other.

Their architectural features are very different and vary according to the historical period in which they were built. Many of these are well preserved and can be visited, such as the castles of Fénis, Sarre, Introd, and the Bard Fort. The latter has recently been renovated and houses the Alpine Museum.
