In 1995, a relaxation area with a hot tub and sauna was built in the original cellars.

In 2004, Alessio and Gabriella decided to expand the property by renovating the old Hotel Mignon, which would become the hotel’s dependency in 2010, increasing its accommodation capacity by 11 rooms and 7 apartments.

This expansion also adds a garage with 20 parking spaces, heated ski storage and a large conference room. The mother house and the dependency separated by Vicolo Dolonne are connected by an underground tunnel.
Growing interest in Wellness led to the expansion and renovation of the spa ‘’les crottes’’ in 2018, which currently offers Hotel guests a hot tub with various stations and treatments, a Turkish bath, a sauna, an emotional shower, a relaxation area, and a herbal tea corner.

In 2020, to combat the epidemic, the reception area was renovated and expanded, also paying great attention to renewing computer software to reduce reception times thanks to the online check-in procedure.
